How mobile teams use the dashboard
Pick a time range (last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or year) and choose which connected apps to include. Every number on the page updates for that selection, and growth is always compared with the period of the same length just before it.
Check a release
After shipping a version, look at reviews over time and the rating distribution for the following days. A jump in volume with more 1- and 2-star reviews usually means something broke. Then go to the review table, filter to 1–2 stars and the right platform, and read what people are saying. If you want those reviews in front of engineering as they arrive, route them to Linear or Slack with a maximum-rating filter.
Keep the reply queue under control
Response rate and average response time are the two numbers support leads usually ask for. If response time grows week over week, the queue is growing faster than the team can answer. Since every role can reply from Review Expert, adding a reviewer to the rotation is a settings change, not a new console login.
Compare platforms
Reviews by platform shows whether a problem is specific to iOS or Android. Combined with the platform filter on the review table, it helps you tell an Android-only crash from a product issue that hits everyone.
Report upward
Total reviews with growth vs the previous period, average rating and response rate fit in a weekly update without exporting anything.
