Up to 200 of the most recent public reviews per run. Google Play's public listing returns about 200 of the newest reviews. Apple's public RSS feed returns the latest pages, often about 50. You can filter by star rating. Older reviews are not in this public data.
Yes. The tool reads the same public reviews shown on the App Store and Google Play for any app, including competitors. It does not use your store console and it does not sign in to an account.
Apple's public feed and Google's public pages only include recent reviews. Google Play's official API returns about the last 7 days of reviews for your own app. Review Expert keeps the full history, including Google Play reviews older than 7 days, once you connect the app. See https://review.expert/blog/google-play-reviews-history-beyond-7-days.
Date, star rating, title, review text, app version, country, language, and whether a developer reply is public (Y or N). The App Store's public feed does not include developer replies, so that column is blank for those apps. The file is UTF-8 with a BOM so Excel opens it correctly.
Need every review, not just the latest?
