Review Expert brings App Store and Google Play reviews into one place, sends them to the tools your team already works in, and lets anyone on the team reply.
Why Review Expert
App reviews are some of the most direct feedback a mobile team gets: bug reports, feature requests, and the occasional thank-you. But they live in two separate consoles, App Store Connect and Google Play Console, and the people who could act on them (engineers, product managers, support) rarely check either.
We're building Review Expert so every review reaches the right person in Slack, Linear, Microsoft Teams, Zendesk or a webhook, and so replying to a review doesn't mean logging in to another console. We started building it in late 2025.
How we build
- Official APIs only. Reviews come from the App Store Connect API and the Google Play Developer API using credentials you control, plus your own Play Console review exports for older Google Play history.
- An honest roadmap. We label anything that isn't live as “coming soon” or “early access”, including AI reply drafts, NLP sentiment and our MCP server. The changelog lists what has actually shipped, month by month.
- Built for teams. Every plan includes several team members with roles, because reviews are a team responsibility, not one person's inbox.
