Send reviews to a webhook

Send matching reviews as JSON POST requests to your own endpoint, for tools that don't have a built-in integration. Available on Enterprise.

Connect a webhook

    Connect your apps

    Add your apps under Apps & Businesses first (App Store, Google Play).

    Open destinations

    Open Automation & AI Replies, choose Manage destinations (or Add destination).

    Deploy a receiver

    Create an HTTPS endpoint that accepts POST requests with a JSON body and returns a 2xx status.

    Add the webhook

    Choose Webhook, paste your HTTPS URL and save. Copy the signing secret; it is shown only once.

    Set filters

    Choose a rating range and keywords, or leave them empty to receive every review.

Verify requests

  • Every request carries X-ReviewExpert-Timestamp and X-ReviewExpert-Signature: v1= followed by the hex HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp, a dot and the raw body, keyed with your signing secret.
  • Recompute the signature, compare in constant time and reject timestamps older than 5 minutes.
  • X-ReviewExpert-Delivery stays the same on retries, so use it to de-duplicate.
