Getting started with Review Expert

Create an account, pick the apps you want to monitor and give Review Expert read and reply access to the stores. Most teams are set up in about 15 minutes.

Set up your workspace

    Create an account

    On the pricing page, choose a plan and start the 14-day free trial. Sign in with your email; Review Expert sends you a sign-in code.

    Choose the apps to monitor

    The setup wizard asks for your apps first. Search the App Store or Google Play by app name or developer name and select each app.

    Send new reviews to your tools

    Optionally add destinations such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Linear, Zendesk or a webhook. You can skip this and add them later under Automation & AI Replies.

    Invite your team

    Invite teammates by email as owner, admin or reviewer. Every plan includes several seats.

    Connect store access

    Give Review Expert an App Store Connect API key for App Store apps and a Google Cloud service account for Google Play apps. The guides below walk through each one.

What happens next

  • The first sync imports review history. For Google Play, history comes from Play Console's review reports (up to 36 months).
  • After that, Review Expert checks for new and edited reviews about every 5 minutes.
  • Reviews appear on the Dashboard; open one to reply or ask for an AI draft.
