Connect App Store Connect
Review Expert reads App Store reviews and posts replies through the official App Store Connect API. You need a team API key, which only an App Store Connect Owner can create.
Create the API key

Open Users and Access
Sign in to App Store Connect and open Users and Access, then the Integrations tab and Team keys. - 2
Generate a key
Click Generate API Key (or +), name it Review Expert and choose the Customer Support access level. Click Generate. - 3
Copy the IDs
Copy the Issuer ID shown above the key list and the Key ID of the new key. - 4
Download the key
Click Download API Key to save the .p8 file. Apple lets you download it only once.
Add it to Review Expert

Add the app
In Review Expert, open Apps & Businesses, choose App Store, search for your app and select it. - 2
Enter the credentials
On the connect screen, paste the Issuer ID (a UUID) and the Key ID (10 characters), and upload the .p8 file. - 3
Finish
Click Finish. Review Expert checks the key and starts importing reviews and existing developer responses.
The key is used only to collect reviews and publish replies. The Customer Support role is enough for both, so you don't need to grant Admin access.
