Send reviews to Microsoft Teams

Post new App Store and Google Play reviews to a Microsoft Teams channel. Available on Pro and Enterprise.

Connect Microsoft Teams

    Connect your apps

    Add your apps under Apps & Businesses first (App Store, Google Play).

    Open destinations

    Open Automation & AI Replies, choose Manage destinations (or Add destination).

    Connect Microsoft Teams

    Click Connect next to Microsoft Teams and sign in with Microsoft.

    Get admin consent if asked

    The first connection for your organization may need a Microsoft 365 or Teams administrator to approve the permissions.

    Choose a channel and set filters

    Pick the channel, then set a rating range and any keywords.
