How it works
Written in the review's language
Every draft follows the language the review is written in. You don't choose a language per app or per country.
Language recognised first
Where it can, Review Expert recognises the language from the text (by script for Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic and Hindi) or from the reviewer language Google Play reports, and names it for the AI. Otherwise the AI follows the review itself.
Checked before you see it
When Review Expert can recognise both languages, a draft in the wrong one is rejected and written again. Drafts that add notes or break the store's length limit are rejected too.
Store limits in every language
Google Play's 350-character limit applies to every language. Chinese and Japanese drafts are measured in characters, not words.
Same tone and instructions
Your tone and custom instructions apply whatever the language, and so do the rules against invented facts, promises and personal data.

Good to know
- You stay in control. A draft is only posted when you send it, or when an auto-reply rule you set up allows it. Rules can queue drafts for approval first.
- Read before you post. If nobody on your team reads a language, keep approval on for rules that cover it.
- Edit freely. Change a draft in any language before sending, or edit a posted reply later.
- Same allowance. A reply in any language counts as one AI reply. Starter includes 100 a month; Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.

Other languages may work, but we only list the ones we tested.
