Zapier for app reviews is coming soon
We plan to let you send App Store and Google Play reviews from Review Expert into Zapier, so you can connect them to the apps we don't support natively. It isn't available yet. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it is.
What you can do today
Zapier appears in the Pro plan's list of destinations, but it is not connected yet, so please don't choose a plan for Zapier alone. These options work now:
- Native destinations. Send reviews to Slack or Linear on Starter, and to Microsoft Teams or Zendesk on Pro. Each destination can be filtered by minimum rating, maximum rating and keywords.
- Webhooks (Enterprise). Webhooks post a JSON payload for each matching review to an HTTPS URL. If you already use an automation tool that can receive webhooks, you can point the webhook at it.
When you join the waitlist, tell us which apps you want to connect reviews to. It helps us decide which triggers and actions to build first.
